Each session I design is unique. Each massage is carefuly crafted around your specific needs and goals.
Knowledgeable touch and expert massage can have a dramatic effect on your well being. It can help with decreasing stress and anxiety thus boosting your immune system. It can help with sore muscles due to repetitive activities (keyboard anyone?) or accelerate healing from traumatic injuries (like a car accident or surgery).

| Receiving massage regularly can really help support your health goals. Be it part of your stress management strategy or supporting your training schedule for your next half marathon, a massage subscription is the perfect way to get regular bodywork. The idea is simple: you sign-up for one massage per month at a discounted rate for a minimum of 3 months. Any additional session during your subscription are offered at a special rate as well. If you cannot use your monthly massage, you will receive a gift certificate for that session. The gift certificate is valid for 6 months and can be used by you or whomever you give it to. |

| Give someone the gift of massage! You can purchase gift certificates for individual sessions or subscriptions. You can purchase them online or over the phone and I will happily ship the certificates to you or to the address of your choice. | |
